Cancellation Policy
If you placed an order wrongly you can cancel your order within 12 hours.
We pay 100% return to our Indian clients via UPI or Netbanking.
For overseas clients we also refund 100% for purchase value after deducting payment gateway and money transaction charge.
After cancel your order kindly contact us via contact us page. We will take needful action within 24 working hours.
Refund Policy
We have Cancellation policies and you can cancel your order before processing the readings.
Basically we do not offer a refund after reading, however we will follow indian law ready for negotiation with our client.
In case of failure of service during the SLA we will provide 100% refunds to clients.
